Germany/Scars is a double double-exposure
project by a very young Bulgaria-based photographer which seamlessly blends the
beauty of architecture, landscape, and the human body. By using a layered
technique in Photoshop, this young woman is able to create her surreal
portraits of nature and urban settings alike in the silhouette of the female
form. Each shot is carefully composed and seems to suggest more than one would
imagine.
Aneta Ivanova introduces herself with these
few simple words: “I am a 21 years old photographer
born in Varna, Bulgaria. I started doing photography when I was 13 and have
never stopped since then. I began by shooting experimental self-portraiture at
home, then discovered Fine art and fashion photography ”. Her works have been
exhibited in Sofia, Varna and New York City and featured in magazines like Better
Photography (India) and Photography (UK).
